This apart-hotel, is located on the Arena Gorda
Highway near the new Boulevard road from Punta Cana to Uvero Alto to Miches, which unites all hotels in Bavaro.
In the back adjoins to the new Iberostar golf course, a large chain of Spanish hotels. The beaches closest to the project are The Punta Blanca Hotel which is accessed through existing agreement through the golf course of the same hotel, other options
are the beaches of El Cortecito the big free beach of Macao where and can be accessed by the
new boulevard in 10 minutes as a client of Il Cappuccino.

THE FIELD:
Cappuccino Mare consists of an area of 2,132 m2. Of land. The construction is based off a three-level building with 16 meters of front and 57 meters
linear deep with a total of 2,736 m2 building, offering
space enough for all their customers.

FIRST LEVEL:
Among the amenities we provide to our
customers are: a restaurant,

With respect to our restaurant,

cold rooms, ice machines, cooking stoves and

copier, fax, phone connected to the entire building network. The office makes a
connection with the hotel reception.

SECOND LEVEL:
There are 26 hotel rooms in single, double and triple
occupancy, each with its own bathroom and shower.
The amenities of these rooms are: TV
with remote control, independent air conditioning,
mini bar, safe, telephone and free Internet access via wi-fi.
THIRD LEVEL:
On this floor are located 10 fully furnished apartments for rent.
The Roof
Designed for an eventual 4th floor,
currently installed a 25-ton chiller. This
produces air conditioning and while hot
water to the rooms, kitchens and laundry
facilities.
PARKING LOT:
The complex has ample parking for
about 30-40 cars.
Also, is located the power plant of 130 kw three phase emergency generator.
THE PROJECT HAS:
1. Tax Exemption from Internal Revenue for a period of 10 years starting from 2008 to
2018.
2. Customs exemption for all imports of machinery, appliances, equipment
and asset for use at restaurant, bakery, ice cream parlor for a period of
10 years starting from 2008 to 2018.

Considering the difficult global
economic times, the company is
generating revenue in a
satisfactory manner.
The apartments are all rented with
prices ranging from $ 400.00 USD
to $ 600.00 USD per month.

The hotel maintains an occupation
of almost 60% Professional and
local tourists embark 80% of our
clientele. The rest are tourists coming from abroad.

Our employees are about 35, with an average cost per person of aprox RD$9,000 Dominican Pesos, currently equivalent to 250.00 U$D.

The contributions and taxes to the
Government employees are minimal.
It has 30 to 40 U$D per person per month.
